- Shelby is a psychologist and has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children, parents, adolescents and adults in both assessment and therapeutic contexts. Shelby practises from an evidence-based, integrative perspective with emphasis on tailoring treatment to the individual. Shelby has previously facilitated group work in the areas of resilience, stress management and mindfulness with adolescents and students, and led an art-based therapy group with LGBTIQ young people. She has also played a role in important research in the area of family functioning. Shelby has experience in both public and private settings, including with homeless youth and university populations. She has experience across a number of presentations including anxiety and worry, mood-related difficulties, trauma, emotion regulation, adjustment and family or social difficulties.
