Smruthy has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and women from marginalized communities, in the areas of disability, sexual trauma and mental health. She has strong skills in CBT, narrative therapy and positive psychology, delivered within a trauma-informed, person-centered and feminist practice. She is multilingual and can support clients speaking Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, and Malayalam apart from English.
Nadia has experience working with children, adolescents and young adults experiencing (but not limited to) socio-emotional difficulties (e.g., anxiety, depression), social/peer conflict, relationship/adjustment issues, stress management, and academic/work-related concerns and planning. She works collaboratively alongside her clients to determine an appropriate course of action to best support their individual needs. She is inclusive of supporting all aged clients from diverse backgrounds.
