Isaac is a physiotherapist who has a passion for helping people return to their sport a better athlete than they left it. He has worked in private practices in and around the Brisbane area. He has worked primarily with orthopaedic and sports caseloads. As a physio, Isaac understands recovery doesn't just happen on the treatment table. Your return to sport happens in the gym and therefore, he has a strong strength and conditioning background and is just as comfortable on the gym floor as in the treatment room. Isaac particularly likes working with active adolescents making them stronger and teaching them how to move better, all whilst having fun. Isaac's experience includes field based sports, particularly rugby, which he still plays but he also has a background working with powerlifters, multi-sport athletes, swimmers and surfers. Away from physio, Isaac enjoys self-educating himself through reading and listening to podcasts; so if you have any recommendations let him know. He is a very amateur surfer, a slightly more experienced snowboarder and on Saturday afternoons you'll find him running out for the Caloundra Lighthouses Rugby Union team.
