Amanda Benham

Amanda is passionate about helping people feel their best and achieve optimal health on a plant-based diet. She has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist since 1992 and has researched and published in the area of plant-based nutrition and is currently completing a PhD in this area. Her speciality practice areas include planning healthy plant-based eating patterns for people of all ages, including mothers-to-be, infants and children, teenagers, athletes and people with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular diseases. After you book in for an appointment you will be emailed a link to an online form to complete and submit prior to your appointment. Please book in and submit this form AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment. This enables best use to be made of your consultation time. Amanda is available for consultations in Spring Hill, Brisbane Tuesday evenings, Fridays & Saturdays) and via Skype or phone (Wednesdays & Thursdays).
