30 minute review of progress since last apt, re-measure if required, set new goals and strategise against any barriers that may be stopping you. Take recipes and any resources if necessary.
An inittial consultation includes the following: - Review your health and dietary history - Discuss your diet and nutrition goals - Set goals by providing lifestyle recommendations suitable to each individual - Work with you to create realistic and manageable steps towards helping you achieve your goals - Provide you with the relevant information and tools to assist you on your journey
30 minute review session. Reassess strength, fitness, measurements if required. Identify areas that were challenging. Explore barriers to change, set new goals and modify exercise program if needed.
45 minute consult. Exercise history and screening. Review of goals to achieve, strategies against barriers stopping you from achieving success. Baseline strength, fitness and measurements performed if required.
45 minute training session with a University Qualified Sports Trainer.
